About 'Follow Me'

"Follow Me' is a short film written and directed by Shanna Iglesias, and starring Gillian Rabin and Stephen Elberg.

A Synopsis:

This story surrounds two strange teenagers. May Simon (Rabin) is a free-spirited music-lover, who goes to her local Town Center to sing for people. Artie Daniels (Elberg) is a misunderstood geek with poor social skills, who finds solace in his photography. These two meet unexpectedly when Artie spots May singing, and is instantly mesmerized by her. However, due to his lack of social skills he approaches the situation in an unusual way and begins taking pictures of May. When May has to leave she accidently leaves a notebook full of her private songs and other writings. Artie decides to pick it up and fill it with the pictures he took for her as a nice gesture. The next day Artie goes to see May sing again, and tries to get the courage to talk to her but instead drops the notebook in her guitar case. She confronts him and asks him to buy her a coffee. The two get to talking, and May actually likes Artie until he shows her the pictures he took of her. May a little amused by Artie's way of showing his affection decides to make him sweat and leaves without saying  another word. Arite, feeling rejected and upset, waits at the table until a girl gives him a note. He opens it and reads the words 'Follow Me -May.'
